Collection of your personal data:
The personal data that may be collected on the Site are as follows:
Data Protection Officer contact form: Your surname, first names, e-mail address and quality or function are recorded, as well as the data you indicate in the free text area. This information is necessary in order to communicate with the Data Protection Officer; this collection is therefore mandatory in order to access the service.
Contact us” form: your surname, first name, e-mail address, company and job title are recorded, as well as the data you provide in the free text area. Yucatan uses these personal data in order to contact you and/or process your request. This collection is therefore mandatory in order to access the service.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data :
We collect and process your personal data on the basis of your consent, in accordance with art. 6 (1a) of the RGPD. If the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Yucatan is subject, the legal basis is art. 6 (1 c) of the RGPD. Retention period of personal data: Your personal information is kept for the time necessary to process your request unless :
you exercise, under the conditions set out in point 7, one of the rights granted to you by the regulations in force ;
a longer retention period is authorised or imposed by virtue of a legal or regulatory provision.
Personal data protection measures :
You are reminded that the transmission of personal data online does not exclude the possibility of an infringement or unlawful access to personal data. Nevertheless, and for the duration of the aforementioned retention of personal data, Yucatan will put in place the organisational, software, legal, technical and physical means capable of ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent its damage, deletion or access by unauthorised third parties.
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to Yucatan’s employees and agents who are authorized by virtue of their functions and who are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
However, the data collected may possibly be communicated to subcontractors contractually responsible for the execution of the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and its services, as well as for the proper management of the relationship with you, without your need to give your authorization. It is specified that, within the framework of the execution of their services, the subcontractors only have limited access to your data and have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with the regulations in force. For security reasons and in order to avoid any fraudulent request, you may be asked for proof of identity. Your proof of identity will be immediately destroyed once the request has been processed.
